   Ooh, it’s so somber and dark, but at the same beautiful and something that is definitely pick-off-the-shelf-because-of-the-cover worthy.

   That is fantastic. The scale is a such a powerful image–perfect for your book. I think the antique scale, with its echoes of judging and transactions nails some of the agony and struggle of eating disorders. The more I look at this, the richer it becomes.
